Dharmasthan is a free, digital devotional platform providing access to Hindu Aartis, Bhajans, curated playlists, synchronized reading sessions, Mandal discovery, festival competitions, and related services. No login is required to browse devotional content.
3. User Content & Submissions
When you submit content to our platform (including competition entries, Mandal profiles, event listings), you represent that:
- You have the right to submit such content
- The content does not violate any third-party rights
- The content is accurate and not misleading
- You grant Dharmasthan a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submitted content on our platform
4. Devotional Content
The Aartis, Bhajans, stotras, and other devotional texts on this platform are traditional religious compositions in the public domain, preserved and published for cultural and spiritual education. We do not claim copyright over traditional devotional texts. Transliterations, translations, and editorial content are the work of Dharmasthan contributors.
5. Competitions & Awards
Competition rules, eligibility, judging criteria, and awards are defined by each competition's organizer. Dharmasthan facilitates the entry and display of competition results but is not responsible for judging decisions or award fulfillment by third-party organizers.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service's operation
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content for commercial purposes without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the platform to promote hatred or violence
